展覧会「T.T × ARPA × Ryosokuin VACIO Senko no Ku」の空間と展示物をデザイン
Fragments of light is the concept explored in “VACIO, Senko no Ku” – a collaboration between Arpa, T.T, and Ryosokuin temple in Kyoto, opening in April 2026. Emerging from an ongoing dialogue on the perception of time, the project brings together photography, scent, and installation within the historic architecture of Ryosokuin.
Through fragments of light, the works evoke memory as something fleeting—like a polished mirror that retains no trace. Negative photography and reflective materials form an archive of erased memories, where images appear and disappear as viewers move through the space, observing shifting reflections of light.
The exhibition investigates flares of emptiness: silver, born from the end of a star’s life, reflecting light in ways that suggest another perception of time. The space becomes a laboratory where light, memory, and scent converge, forming a quiet constellation.

本展は、T.T、Arpa、そして京都・両足院の三者による共同プロジェクトの一環として構想された、香り・空間・儀礼・身体、そして感覚としての存在を横断する複合的な展覧会です。2026年4月、歴史ある両足院を舞台に本格始動する本プロジェクトは、ArpaとT.Tが「時間」を共通のテーマとして重ねてきた探究と対話、そしてお香やフレグランスの共同制作を通じて派生したものであり、両足院の場所性と結びつきながら、両者の表現技法の相互作用から展開してきたものです。
本プロジェクトは、静寂・知覚・時間的経験への問いとして、研究と探究のプロセスを通じて展開されてきました。ここでの「静寂」は、単なる不在としてではなく、感覚が立ち上がり、記憶が浮かび上がり、意識がより鋭敏になるための生成に必要な条件として捉えられています。香り、素材、空間への介入を横断する反復的な実験を通じて、本展は時間を直線的な尺度から解き放ち、リズム、呼吸、風化、共鳴といった現象を通して知覚する可能性を探っています。
香りや衣服が記憶への扉を開くとき、世界は再び、可視的なイメージだけでは捉えきれない深みをもって立ち現れます。「VACIO Senko no Ku」を通して、T.T × Arpa × 両足院は、香り、イメージ、衣服、光など、無数の要素の断片が交錯する空間領域において、不在の存在を生み出そうとしている。これは、私たちが自然と世界をいかに知覚するかを問い直す、記憶について新たな視座を提示する試みです。
会期中、両足院では茶頭・中山福太朗氏による茶と、京都を拠点に活動する和菓子屋「御菓子丸」が本展のために制作した和菓子による茶席を開催いたします。あわせて、点出し茶を振る舞う呈茶席も予約制にて実施いたします。

Installation at Berner Kühl’s flagship store in Copenhagen
コペンハーゲン Berner Kühlの旗艦店にてインスタレーションを展示
From 27 to 30 January 2026, an installation will be exhibited at the flagship store of Berner Kühl, a Copenhagen-based fashion brand.
This experimental project realises an installation conceived by photographer Rin Nagamoto, inspired by the work Powerless Structures, Fig. 11 by Nordic artist duo Elmgreen & Dragset, which he saw at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. It was achieved through an online collaboration between a Danish woodworker Jeppe Jensen and Tokyo-based Ubsnant, two parties working from distant locations.
Ubsnant designed and produced the steel components of the installation, considering Copenhagen’s cultural context and climate. By constructing the structure solely from steel plates assembled with metal fittings, without welding, they facilitated transport from Tokyo to Copenhagen, while intending the table penetrating the display window to function as a membrane connecting the dual contexts of the street (everyday life) and the interior (exhibition space).

2026年1月27日から30日にかけて、デンマーク・コペンハーゲンを拠点とするファッションブランド Berner Kühlの旗艦店にてインスタレーションが展示されます。
このプロジェクトは、写真家のRin Nagamotoがルイジアナ美術館にある北欧のアーティストデュオElmgreen & Dragsetの作品「Powerless Structures, Fig. 11」から着想を得て構想したインスタレーションを、デンマークの木工職人Jeppe Jensenと東京を拠点とするUbsnantの遠く離れた二者のオンライン上での共作によって実現する実験的な試みとなっています。
Ubsnantでは、コペンハーゲンの文化と風土を鑑みながら、インスタレーションの鉄素材の部分のデザインと制作を行いました。溶接を使わずに、鉄板を金物で組み立てるだけの構造とすることで、東京からコペンハーゲンへの輸送を容易にすると共に、ショーウィンドウを貫通するテーブルが街路（日常）と室内（展示空間）の二つの文脈を繋ぐ膜として機能することを意図しました。
